We use your information to provide real estate brokerage services: responding to inquiries, helping you buy, sell, rent, or lease property, coordinating relocation, communicating with you, and meeting our legal obligations as a New York licensed real estate broker. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share information only as needed to provide our services: with the Blueoaks Real Estate agent assisting you; with service providers that help us operate (secure database and file hosting, email delivery); with multiple listing services (MLS) and other parties to a transaction when you engage us to buy, sell, or lease; and when required by law, court order, or to protect legal rights.

Your data is stored with enterprise-grade cloud providers using encryption in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. Agent Portal access requires authenticated login, and database-level security rules ensure agents can only access their own records.
